Learn Fundamental Positions
Jiu-Jitsu is often likened to chess but with our bodies. It can be very confusing at the start. But our BJJ Ready Course curriculum is aimed at showing you the 4 core positions in Jiu-Jitsu. This makes learning and understanding our art far more fun and manageable. We believe once you learn the fundamentals you will be set up for success on your journey.
-
Fun and Safe Environment
We are all about creating a fun and safe learning environment. We appreciate that learning a martial art can be daunting. Our course does not include any striking or and takedowns. We go at a slow pace with the intention of catering to everyone! We want you to learn and have fun and that means making sure you feel safe at all times!
